How to order your reading

1. Complete the form with your correct details.
2. Please ensure you enter your correct email address or your reading won’t get to you.
3. Please ensure you enter the security code from YOUR voucher as per the example below, not any other code. If you don’t enter the correct code we will email you and you’ll have to resubmit the form again and wait another 72 hours (3 days).
4. Please add info@tarotcardreadings.co.uk to your email address book or safe list. A lot of our emails end up in spam, especially hotmail, msn and aol.
5. If you haven’t had your reading in 72 hours (3 days), and you have checked your spam folder, please email us or complete the contact us form. Please give as much details as possible including name, email address, date sent and code used.
6. Please do not chase us for reading before 72 hours as this causes delays.
7. We will reply to any queries within 24 hours.
8. Please do not complete the form more than once, otherwise the system will delete your first order and add you to the back of the queue.
